About Me

Hi! I am Morgan Hildebrand, MPC, DCC, and I didn't start out as the typical "leader". I dropped out of high school when I was barely seventeen. There was no five-year plan or mentor pointing the way. I was just a young woman trying to figure out what came next, and the very harsh reality of the real world.

In the following years, I joined the military. It gave me structure I didn't know I needed. It taught me something that's shaped every year since: resilience isn't something you're born with, it's something you build, deliberately, under pressure, often when you have no other choice. I carried that lesson throughout my career and my personal life.

After nearly two decades in the military and federal service, designing and leading programs meant to help individuals and entire organizations make comebacks through adversity, I found I loved that work enough to make it my personal mission. So I founded Holistique.

Throughout the years I've had challenges, wins, and learned many lessons. I became a co-parent, and, later, built a spectacular blended family with my partner, Brian. I stood on stages as a public speaker. I gave a TEDx talk about the things I'd learned the hard way. Military life uprooted me more than a few times. I've known an empty bank account, and I've known the safety of a steady paycheck. Overcoming the hard, being able to celebrate the good - was never about having it all figured out. Life simply continued to evolve as I kept choosing to move forward, even when the path wasn't clear.

That's the thread running through everything I do now. As a Certified Master Professional Coach, I don't hand people a formula and walk away. I sit with them in the hard, uncertain middle of things, the career pivot, the family in flux, the goal that keeps slipping, and I help them find their own footing, using behavioral science, mindful leadership, and two decades of watching and developing strategy for what actually helps people change.

I built Holistique because I believe wellness isn't a luxury reserved for people who already have it together. It's a lifestyle, available to anyone willing to do the work. If that's you, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

When I say "life doesn't always go according to plan," I can honestly tell you that I have lived that reality on so many levels.

Common Questions

What does a divorce coach actually do?

Divorce, separation, and breakups come with a mountain of decisions, often when you're least equipped to make them. Your attorney handles the legal side. I help with the human side, keeping you grounded, improving communication, and helping you make clear, confident decisions instead of reacting out of stress. Think of me as the person in your corner between appointments, helping you move forward with a plan.

How is coaching different from therapy or legal advice?

I'm not a therapist or an attorney, and I don't try to be. I don't diagnose, give legal advice, or make decisions for you. My role is to help you navigate the decision-making process with clarity, especially when stress and emotions make it difficult to think clearly.

Therapy often focuses on understanding the past. Coaching focuses on moving forward. I'm not here to unpack why the relationship ended. I'm here to help you answer, "What now?"

Do you work alongside mediators or attorneys?

Yes. While a mediator works with both parties to reach a fair agreement, my role is to support you. I help you communicate clearly, stay grounded when emotions run high, and keep conversations productive so you can move through the process with confidence and intention.

What are your qualifications?

I'm a Certified Divorce Coach and Certified Master Professional Coach with a background in conflict management, human behavior, and resilience shaped by nearly two decades of federal and military service. I've also experienced high-conflict co-parenting and family transitions firsthand, bringing both professional expertise and real-life perspective to every coaching session.

Is what I share with you confidential?

Here's the honest answer: what you share with me is treated with care and discretion, but it's important to understand that coaching is not a legally privileged relationship like therapy or attorney-client communication.

In practice, I don't share what you tell me. If I'm coaching both individuals in a co-parenting or family situation, private one-on-one conversations remain confidential between us. The only exceptions are situations where I'm legally required to disclose information, such as suspected abuse, a court order or subpoena, or a credible threat of harm to yourself or others.

My goal is to provide a safe, respectful space where you can be open, while also being transparent about the legal limits of confidentiality.

Who is coaching right for?

This coaching is for people who are ready to move forward, not stay stuck. I create space for the hard emotions while helping you make clearer decisions, communicate with confidence, and build a plan you can actually follow. If you're ready to be heard and gain real momentum, I'm here to help.

What does the coaching process look like?

Coaching is flexible and tailored to where you are, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Some clients need support through a specific challenge, while others benefit from ongoing guidance over several months. No matter where you're starting, every session is focused on helping you take the next meaningful step forward with a clear plan of action.
