A Bit About Me

Morgan Hildebrand

Owner, Certified Master Professional Coach, Lifestyle Wellness Consultant

When I say "life doesn't always go according to plan," I can honestly tell you that I have lived that reality on so many levels.

I didn't start out as anyone's idea of a leader. I dropped out of high school when I was barely 17. There was no five-year plan, no mentor pointing the way, just a young woman trying to figure out what came next, and the very harsh reality of the real world.

Years later, what came next was the military. It gave me structure I didn't know I needed, and it taught me something that's shaped every year since: resilience isn't something you're born with, it's something you build, deliberately, under pressure, often when you have no other choice. I carried that lesson throughout my career and my personal life.

After nearly two decades in the military and federal service, designing and leading programs meant to help individuals and entire organizations make comebacks through adversity, I found I loved that work enough to make it my personal mission. So I founded Holistique.

Throughout the years I've had challenges, wins, and lessons learned. I became a co-parent, and later built a blended and spectacular family with my partner, Brian. I stood on stages as a public speaker and gave a TEDx talk about the things I'd learned the hard way. Military life uprooted me more than a few times. I've known an empty bank account, and I've known the safety of a steady paycheck. Overcoming the hard, being able to celebrate the good - was never about having it all figured out. Life simply continued to evolve as I kept choosing to move forward, even when the path wasn't clear.

That's the thread running through everything I do now. As a Certified Master Professional Coach, I don't hand people a formula and walk away. I sit with them in the hard, uncertain middle of things, the career pivot, the family in flux, the goal that keeps slipping, and I help them find their own footing, using behavioral science, mindful leadership, and two decades of watching and developing strategy for what actually helps people change.

I built Holistique because I believe wellness isn't a luxury reserved for people who already have it together. It's a lifestyle, available to anyone willing to do the work. If that's you, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Most Common Questions:

What does a divorce coach actually do?

Divorce, Separations, Break-ups of any kind really, come with a mountain of decisions, and most people are asked to make them at the exact moment they're least equipped to think clearly. Your attorney handles the legal side. I handle the human side: helping you stay grounded, communicate effectively, and make decisions from a place of clarity instead of panic or exhaustion. Think of me as the person in your corner between appointments, helping you walk into every meeting with a clear head and a plan.

I'm not a therapist, and I'm not an attorney, and I won't pretend to be either. I don't diagnose, I don't interpret the law, and I don't weigh in on how assets should be split. What I do is help you manage the decision-making itself. When stress is high, clear thinking gets hard, that's just how brains work under pressure. My job is to help you regulate that stress so you can actually use your full judgment instead of reacting from fear or anger.

The simplest way to think about the difference: therapy often looks backward, to understand and heal. Coaching looks forward, to the next right move. I'm not here to unpack why the marriage ended. I'm here to help you answer "what now?"

How is coaching different from therapy or legal advice?

Do you work alongside mediators or attorneys?

Yes, I can, though our roles stay distinct. A mediator's job is to help both people reach a fair agreement, they stay neutral to the negotiation itself. My job is to support you as an individual: helping you say what you actually mean, stay steady when things get tense, and keep communication from breaking down before it derails the process.

I'm a Divorce Certified Coach and a Certified Master Professional Coach with a background in conflict management, human behavior, and resilience built over nearly two decades of federal and military service. Beyond the credentials, I've also lived through high-conflict co-parenting and family transitions myself, so this isn't theoretical for me. That combination, training plus lived experience, is what I bring into every session.

What are your qualifications?

Is what I share with you confidential?

Here's the honest answer: what you share with me is treated as private, but it's important you understand that private and legally protected aren't the same thing.

In practice, I don't share what you tell me. If I'm working with both people in a co-parenting or family situation and one of you needs to talk to me one-on-one, that conversation stays between us, it isn't passed along to the other person.

But coaching isn't a legally privileged relationship the way therapy or attorney-client conversations are. That means there are a small number of situations where I'm required by Colorado law to disclose information, even without your consent, including things like suspected child or adult abuse, a court order or subpoena, or a credible threat of harm to you or someone else. These aren't judgment calls I make lightly, they're legal requirements I have to follow.

So: I treat everything you share with real discretion and respect. I just want you to walk in with clear eyes about where the legal line actually sits, rather than assuming coaching works exactly like therapy does.

This works best for people who are ready to move, not just talk in circles. I hold space for the hard emotions, that part matters, but the real goal is forward motion: clearer decisions, steadier communication, and a plan you can actually follow. If you're looking for a place to be heard and to build momentum, that's exactly what I'm here for.

Who is this coaching right for?

What does the coaching process actually look like?

It's flexible and built around where you are right now, not a rigid script. Some clients need a handful of sessions to get through a specific stretch (a hearing, a hard conversation, a transition point). Others want ongoing support over several months. Wherever you're starting from, we focus on the next concrete step, not just processing feelings for their own sake, so you leave each session with something real to act on.
