My Services.

My Story.
I’m Aleta Wagner, a pelvic health occupational therapist and the heart behind this work. My journey began with my own pelvic floor dysfunction and my fascination for how the body moves and heals. Over time, I came to understand something more: our bodies carry stories. Healing is never just physical—it’s emotional, relational, and deeply personal.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. I’ve supported those navigating pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, hypermobility, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome—each story unique, each care plan thoughtfully tailored.
At Mountain Mama, care is rooted in a trauma-informed, whole-person approach. As a Trauma-Informed Pelvic Health Practitioner and Prenatal/Postpartum Exercise Specialist, I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and empowering. This is especially close to my heart when supporting women who have experienced perinatal or infant loss—holding space for both physical healing and the emotions that come with it.
This work is about more than rehabilitation. It’s about changing the conversation around pelvic and sexual health, helping women expect and receive better care, and offering support that honors the full complexity of who they are.
Pelvic health isn’t just what I do—it’s a calling. And it’s a privilege to walk alongside women in some of their most vulnerable, powerful, and life-changing moments.
