A Holistique Breathesuite is a private Halo Saunas experience where we are pairing the deep-penetrating warmth of infrared heat with the healing atmosphere of halotherapy (salt therapy) and the rejuvenating glow of red-light therapy. Himalayan salt panels infuse the space with a naturally cleansing environment that supports respiratory health, clearer skin, and relaxation, while the infrared heat stimulates circulation, detoxification, and muscle recovery. The added benefit of red-light enhances cellular repair and vitality, making each session a full-spectrum wellness experience—modern technology rooted in time-honored traditions of healing and renewal.
