My Services.
My Story.
I am an Artist and Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner.
I offer unique workshops and one-on-one sessions that merge artistic expression with mindfulness, promoting self-discovery through creativity.
I have always felt drawn to the arts, and regardless of the medium, I feel deeply connected to figuring out the meaning behind every art piece.
As an adult, I struggled with varying hardships and insecurities trying to figure out who I am. I found the answers I was seeking, in large part, through art and the creative process.
Art made such a positive impact on my healing journey that I knew I had to create a way to make that experience accessible to everyone.
By mid 2023 I decided to begin my journey of becoming certified as a Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, as well as a Peer & Family Recovery Specialist.
