  Up Front.

Forest Reverie Farm offers a unique, nature-based approach to healing for individuals who may feel limited by traditional in-clinic therapy or are seeking to deepen their existing care. Through equine-facilitated wellness, clients are invited into a space of presence, connection, and regulation—working alongside horses to support the nervous system, increase self-awareness, and reconnect with the body. Horses, known for their sensitivity to human emotion, can help reflect internal states and foster insight, trust, and emotional balance in a way that complements therapeutic work.

This work is especially supportive for those integrating therapy modalities such as EMDR, somatic practices, or body-based healing, as well as individuals seeking alternative pathways to wellness or simply a deeper, grounded connection through time spent with horses. At Forest Reverie Farm, healing is not forced—it is experienced through relationship, environment, and the quiet, powerful presence of the herd.

My Services.

 My Story.

Katie Combs, Founder, Forest Reverie Farm

Since I was a young child I dreamed of horses. I daydreamed of horses. When I would spend summers on the family farm, I got to live those horse filled dreams for a few glorious months.

Forest Reverie Farm is my offering to share the transformative healing powers to all who dream or daydream of horses.

OUR VISION

We envision to create communities where humans and horses can heal each other, uniting equine rescue and rehabilitation with therapeutic partnerships and learning collaborations using both psychotherapy and alternative holistic approaches.

More About The Farm.

Jessie D.

"I finally found somewhere I can almost instantly relax. The horses make you never want to leave, so I asked if I could come back tomorrow."
