  Up Front.

My clients are health-conscious adults who treat massage as a non-negotiable part of how they function, not an occasional indulgence.

With my clients, we focus on goals, incorporate their personal history, and tailor the work for what the body needs and deserves above and beyond the generic hour on the table.

With my background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer, I bring a clinical lens to every session, and my clients can feel the difference.

30 Minutes  |  Focused Relief  |  $65

Sometimes one area needs a little extra attention. This 30-minute focused session is designed to zero in on your specific area of concern, delivering targeted therapeutic work in a private, professional treatment room. Perfect for a midweek reset or maintaining the progress from your last session.

60 Minutes  |  Balanced & Intentional  |  $125

This is the session most clients come back to again and again. 60 minutes gives us the time to address up to two areas of concern with focused, therapeutic intention — without rushing. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of a professional treatment room while your body gets the dedicated attention it deserves.

90 Minutes  |  The Full Experience  |  $175

This is where the real work happens. 90 minutes gives us the time and space to truly address your body the way it deserves — whether that means a thorough head-to-toe full body experience, or diving deeper into three to four specific areas of concern. Intentional, unhurried, and restorative. All within the comfort and privacy of a professional treatment room. If you're not sure which session length is right for you, this one is almost never the wrong answer.

My Services.

 My Story.

At my core, I am a compassionate, caring person driven by one thing — helping people feel better and live their best life.

I've called the Monument and northern Colorado Springs area home since 2006. After nearly 20 years working alongside patients in Physical Therapy, I kept seeing the same gap — people finishing care with nowhere to turn. That need became my purpose, and Wise to Wellness was born in April 2023, built on one simple belief: everyone deserves focused care beyond compare.

While I completed my massage training years ago, it was my two decades of hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant that truly shaped the practitioner I am today. I didn't come to massage as a beginner — I came to it with 20 years of understanding exactly how the body moves, compensates, and heals. My background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer gives me a distinct advantage in every session, bringing a deep clinical understanding into every massage — which means you're not just getting a massage, you're getting therapeutic work informed by nearly two decades of hands-on patient care.

My approach is results-driven and intentional. Before we even meet, I send a detailed intake form so your time on the table is always purposeful and tailored to you. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I use deep tissue techniques strategically — targeting only the areas that need that level of work. My toolkit also includes cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, scar tissue mobilization, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, all backed by a commitment to staying current through at least two continuing education courses every year.

When I'm not working you'll find me paddleboarding, squeezing in a home workout, or curled up with a good book! 🏄‍♀️💪📚

I'd love to be part of your wellness journey — feel free to reach out with any questions or book your first session using the link above.

Marnie is wonderful and everyone needs a massage from her, especially given her PT background! She spends time on exactly what you need and my problem area always feels better afterwards. She’s a professional not only in the structure of her business and her customer service but also the fact that you can feel that she has had the training in her massage technique. She also incorporates tools as needed during your session. Thanks, Marnie, for being fabulous!
