Service Description

Full payment is due at scheduling. *Follow-on appointment will be scheduled at the conclusion of your first appointment. I book coaching sessions for one hour, with a 30-minute buffer built in to allow for travel time if needed, and to account for post coaching notes. I’m happy to meet in person or virtually, just let me know what works best for you! Virtual Appointments: Your calendar invite will include a Google Meet link, this allows for a privacy-protected video-meeting.

Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment for Services. We do not refund any booked services for any reason. You must provide your request to reschedule directly to Holistique to mfhildebrand@holistiquebydesign.com or by calling/texting (719) 204-4736. Cancellations occurring with less than 24-hr or missed appointments will result in the full charge for the service, with no refund.
