I work with women who want a hormone-free, informed approach to their reproductive health. Many of my clients are exploring natural family planning, seeking a reliable way to avoid pregnancy without hormonal birth control, or looking for support as they try to conceive. I also support women transitioning off hormonal birth control who want to understand their natural cycle, as well as those who want to deepen cycle awareness and support hormone balance through education and informed observation.

The women I work with value body literacy, science-based guidance, and clear education. My goal is to help clients feel confident and empowered as they make fertility decisions that align with their health, values, and lifestyle.
I provide one-on-one fertility awareness education using evidence-based methods to help clients understand their menstrual cycle as a vital sign of health.
As an FAMM Certified Practitioner and IMH-certified educator, I teach
clients how to accurately observe, chart, and interpret their cycle to make informed fertility decisions -whether avoiding pregnancy, trying to conceive, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of their body.
My approach is educational, non-judgmental, and rooted in reproductive physiology, not apps, averages, or guesswork.

My Story.
I became a fertility awareness educator because too many people are taught to ignore, suppress, or distrust their cycles rather than understand them.
Fertility awareness offers a different path - one rooted in knowledge, body literacy, and informed choice.
As an FAMM Certified Practitioner and IMH-certified educator, I help clients learn the language of their cycle so they can make confident decisions about their fertility and reproductive health. My work centers on education, respect for the body, and providing clear, science-based information in a space that feels supportive and empowering.
