In this workshop, burnout coach and workplace well-being consultant, Rebecca Hawkins and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Crystal Givens will help leaders name what's really present, recognize what’s happening beneath the surface, respond with greater awareness, and create space for authentic connection—transforming the workplace from a place of pressure into one of support and understanding.
