No. All referrals are optional. You choose whether, when, and with whom you engage in services. Our role is to provide thoughtful guidance and resourcing, not to direct or manage your care.

Consultations are educational by design. They help you understand available options, differences between modalities, and what to expect from various providers so that from day one, you feel informed, empowered, and confident in your wellness process.

You choose how you would like to communicate. Clients may contact providers directly via phone, email, or online booking platforms. If multiple providers are recommended, you may reach out to them individually or collectively, whatever feels most supportive for you.

In some cases, and only with your consent, providers may contact you directly. Otherwise, communication is client-initiated. You are always in control of how and when communication occurs.

No. Clients and providers do not report back on whether services have been initiated, continued, or discontinued. This preserves privacy, autonomy, and the integrity of the provider-client relationship.

Follow-up involvement only occurs if you request additional support, need a referral update, or ask for further guidance or resourcing. Otherwise, care decisions and communication remain between you and your provider.
