Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment for Services. You must provide Your notice of cancellation or request to reschedule to Your Provider directly as well as Holistique at (719) 204-4736 or info@holistiquebydesign.com. Cancellations occurring with less than 24-hr notice and all missed service appointments will result in the full charge for the service, with no refund.
