Intro to Brainspotting w/ BJMetzger

Service Description

You are booking your VIRTUAL introduction to brainspotting, at the conclusion your provider will schedule your tailored brainspotting intensive with you. Virtual appointments are conducted via Google-Meet (video) and your provider will call you at the start time (no later than 5 minutes after start time) of your appointment. Intro to Brainspotting is 1-hour virtual meeting where your provider will walk you through all the aspects of brainspotting and the benefits it can deliver you based on your unique life. Your provider will also work with you to set an appropriate date, time, location, and duration for your personalized brainspotting journey. Sessions can run anywhere from 1 hour to 5 hours and hosted in a single session or over multiple sessions.
