About the event
Finding a path to healing after experiencing narcissistic abuse can be challenging, but you don’t have to walk it alone. NAR-SG offers a safe, confidential space where those who have faced emotional, psychological, or relational harm (often in the form of manipulation, gaslighting, control, and invalidation) can come together for mutual understanding and growth that helps you reclaim your power and rediscover your sense of self. Hosted by Christian Counselor Brandy Jo Metzger, M.A., LPCC
Key Benefits of Joining:
Peer Connection: Share your story, listen to others, and find comfort in knowing you’re not alone. There’s power in connection.
Knowledge & Insight: Learn about narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), trauma bonds, and the patterns of manipulation, gaslighting, and control, empowering you to break free and move forward.
Coping Tools: Discover practical strategies for setting healthy boundaries, rebuilding self-esteem, and managing emotional triggers.
