A divorced mother of four, Lydia grew up in a military family shaped by Christian influences. Her own journey through the dark night of the soul has become the foundation of her work—bridging reason and mysticism, structure and surrender. She understands what it means to question, to grieve, and to be reborn through life’s challenges.
Now, she helps others walk that same path—offering safe, non-dogmatic spaces where spirituality can be reclaimed through the lens of feminine wisdom and embodied sovereignty. Lydia describes herself as a bridge between worlds: a natural transgressor who helps women weave their lived experiences into their most thriving myth.
