I offer non-invasive QEST4 bioenergetic scanning to assess the body’s energetic frequencies and identify potential root causes of health imbalances that are often missed by conventional testing. Each 60-minute session includes a comprehensive scan report, a personalized wellness protocol, and follow-up support to help guide next steps with clarity and confidence.

My Story.
I am a Bioenergetic Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach with over 20 years of experience in conventional medicine as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. After witnessing the limitations of traditional approaches, both professionally and personally, I transitioned into bioenergetic wellness after experiencing its transformative impact on my own health and the health of my family.

My journey into holistic healing is deeply personal. For 27 years, I lived with daily migraines and severe menstrual pain that often left me debilitated. Today, headaches are rare, and my cycle no longer disrupts my life. My husband found relief from chronic back and joint pain related to past injuries, and my twins’ health journeys further strengthened my commitment to this work. My daughter required more than four years of intensive medical support, including g-tube feeding, and is now thriving. My son experienced a significant regression into autism, losing speech, eye contact, and safety awareness. Today, he is flourishing, communicating, building friendships, and engaging fully with the world. These experiences continue to fuel my passion for helping other families find answers and hope.

I specialize in supporting families navigating chronic conditions, anxiety, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges through personalized wellness protocols and custom frequency tinctures tailored to each individual.
My approach is grounded in the belief that the body was designed to heal and that symptoms are meaningful messages worth listening to. I partner with clients as a coach, not as a replacement for medical care, and collaborate with healthcare providers when appropriate. As a Colorado native, I offer virtual sessions nationwide as well as in-person sessions.
