  • Brainspotting

    • ​This cutting-edge therapy helps you access and process deep-seated trauma by using specific eye positions to activate areas of the brain where distressing memories are stored. During sessions, I will guide your focus to these points, allowing you to explore and release emotional pain in a safe and supportive space.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)​ 

    • ​DBT is a compassionate and effective approach designed to help individuals manage intense emotions and build a more balanced life and is widely used to support people facing depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. This therapy focuses on four core skills: mindfulness (staying present in the moment), distress tolerance (coping with difficult situations), emotion regulation (understanding and managing emotions), and interpersonal effectiveness (improving relationships and communication). DBT helps clients navigate life’s challenges by balancing acceptance of their current reality with meaningful change.   • Narrative Therapy​

    • Narrative therapy is an empowering approach that helps you see your problems as separate from who you are, allowing you to reshape your story in a way that highlights your strengths. Instead of being defined by challenges, this therapy encourages you to explore new perspectives and re-author your life with a focus on growth and possibility. A key technique, called "externalizing," helps you view problems as outside influences rather than parts of your identity, giving you the power to change your relationship with them. Through this process, you can reclaim your narrative and step into a more confident, hopeful version of yourself.

With specialized training in Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, I provide powerful, evidence-based tools to help you process past wounds, navigate grief, and reclaim your story with strength and resilience. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and an unwavering belief in your capacity for growth.
