Narcissist Abuse Recovery Support Group
Finding a path to healing after experiencing narcissistic abuse can be challenging, but you don’t have to walk it alone. NAR-SG offers a safe, confidential space where those who have faced emotional, psychological, or relational harm (often in the form of manipulation, gaslighting, control, and invalidation) can come together for mutual understanding and growth that helps you reclaim your power and rediscover your sense of self. Hosted by Christian Counselor Brandy Jo Metzger, M.A., LPCC
