My clients share a desire for something more — something better, something fulfilling. They don’t ignore their feelings or pretend challenges won’t arise; instead, they’re ready to stop waiting and start creating. I help guide intention into action by providing the clarity, tools, and support they need to bridge gaps, stay focused, and move confidently toward the life they envision — and the life they deserve.
Sessions start at $125.00/hr

My Story.
I am the founder of Holistique and a dedicated wellness coach and leader with a background in prevention, resilience, and mindfulness. Most recently, I served as the Deputy Director of Integrated Violence Prevention & Response at the United States Air Force Academy. In this role, I focused on leading teams and individuals to excel in strategic planning, change management, and the development of interpersonal skills. With over 19 years of experience in the military and wellness industries, I’ve had the privilege of developing and leading innovative programs designed to enhance both individual and organizational resilience. My work is driven by a deep commitment to community welfare and wellness.
My personal journey—from being a high-school dropout to advancing through military and federal service as a single mother, public speaker, and entrepreneur—has shaped my passion for empowering others. This experience has fueled my advocacy for wellness and resilience, inspiring me to help others navigate challenges and achieve their full potential.
I also bring a strong academic foundation to my work. I hold a Bachelor of Science in History and have pursued advanced training in areas such as diversity and inclusion, change management, resilience, trauma response, and human systems integration. My studies have included cultural psychology with a focus on women’s studies, power and influence for positive impact, and equal opportunity law. I’ve been fortunate to receive training from institutions like Harvard Business School, Cornell University, and the Prevention Institute.
As a Certified Master Professional Coach, I combine my education and professional experience to mentor individuals and teams. My coaching approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and behavioral science, which allows me to address the unique needs of those I work with. Whether guiding clients through personal growth or professional development, I am committed to helping them achieve meaningful, lasting success.
