My Story.
With over 40 years of exercise training experience, I have dedicated my life to the health and fitness industry. Throughout my career, I’ve owned and operated health clubs and personal training studios, while deepening my expertise through studies in kinesiology, exercise science, and business development. With that knowledge, I design personalized workout and nutrition plans, tailoring solutions to meet each individual’s unique goals and needs.

As a former athlete, my journey has been shaped by overcoming challenges. As a running back and competitive powerlifter, I sustained numerous injuries — an inevitable outcome of pushing my physical limits. Each setback became an opportunity for growth, as I took on the role of being my own patient, leveraging every tool and piece of knowledge available to aid my recovery. I now apply this wealth of experience to guide others on their journey, helping them heal, regain strength, and rebuild confidence as they overcome their own injuries.

Now a senior citizen myself, I remain a testament to the transformative power of regular exercise. My commitment to high-intensity resistance training and staying active into older age exemplifies how physical fitness can keep us youthful and vibrant. Although aging is an inevitable part of life, I passionately believe that the way we age is a matter of choice. Guided by my motto, “Aging is not a choice. But how you age IS your choice!” I empower individuals to take charge of their health, embrace life with energy and purpose, and age on their own terms.
