I am an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist, Pet Loss Recovery Specialist, Workplace Grief Consultant, Speaker, and Educator.
I teach a proven, evidence-based approach to healing from loss — helping individuals move beyond pain to rediscover meaning, peace, and connection.
Whether supporting someone through personal grief, guiding workplaces in compassionate communication, or speaking to communities about the impact of loss, my mission is to create spaces for genuine healing and growth.

My Services.
My Story.
I’m a country girl at heart, raised in northern Illinois. I learned early to hold everything in and keep going. Nature and animals became the place I could finally breathe and feel like myself.
Over the years, I carried unspoken grief from different seasons of my life, losses I didn’t recognize as grief at the time. I thought I just needed to be tougher, but what I really needed was honesty and emotional freedom.
Everything changed when I found the Grief Recovery Method®. For the first time, I had real tools to work through my pain and a practical way to move forward. It is a step-by-step, evidence-based process that helps people complete what feels emotionally unfinished so they can find peace and clarity.
In 2007, I became certified to walk alongside others in their grief. My own losses now have purpose, and I am able to offer hope and real tools to others who are hurting.
I’m a mom of two incredible adult children who remind me daily what love, courage, and growth look like. And if you know me, you know Zeus. He was my soul dog, and he will always be part of me.
I created Ebb & Flow COS because healing takes honesty, courage, and practical tools that actually help. I offer a safe space, compassionate guidance, and a proven process to move forward.
If you’re struggling with grief and ready for support, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
