I offer a holistic approach to well-being through Circadian Nutrition and Sound Meditation.
Circadian nutrition isn’t rigid or punitive — it’s a compassionate structure that adapts to real life, supporting you through holidays, travel, and community rhythms. This approach is especially powerful for those seeking clearer mornings, steadier afternoons, and deeply restorative nights.
Complementing this, sound meditation offers a gentle yet profound way to access deep states of relaxation, heightened awareness, and emotional release. As your body absorbs the healing frequencies, stress melts away, the mind quiets, and you enter a space of stillness and renewal. It’s ideal for relieving tension, boosting mental clarity, and restoring balance. Simply lie back, breathe, and allow the experience to guide you toward harmony and peace.

Circadian Nutrition: (In-Person & Virtual)
-
What Is circadian nutrition? Circadian nutrition is the practice of aligning what and when you eat with your body’s natural 24-hour rhythms. Rather than treating meals as interchangeable, it honors the simple truth that your metabolism is time-sensitive: digestion, insulin sensitivity, gut motility, and hormone signaling are all stronger in the daytime and naturally wind down at night.
-
By adjusting the timing of your meals and keeping a consistent daily rhythm, you create conditions for calmer energy, clearer thinking, and deeper rest—without fad rules or extremes.
-
Practically, circadian nutrition favors a daylight eating window with front-loaded nourishment: protein, fiber, and color to stabilize blood sugar and mood; so the body can shift from evening digestion to nightly repair.
-
Most notice fewer cravings, steadier energy, and less “brain fog.” Because the digestive tract, liver, and pancreas follow clocks of their own, predictable meal timing helps those systems move in sync, easing bloat, reflux, and the heavy, wired-but-tired feeling that comes from late night eating.
-
Gentle anchors like morning light, a brief walk after meals, adequate hydration amplify the effect.
-
On a systems level, this rhythm supports metabolic balance (more favorable glucose responses earlier in the day), nervous-system ease (less late-night stimulation from food and caffeine), and sleep quality (the body isn’t still working through dinner at bedtime).
-
A consistent routine also nurtures the gut microbiome’s daily cycles, which may translate to better digestion and mood.

Sound Therapy: (In-Person Only)
-
What is sound as medicine? Sound Therapy is a deeply restorative practice where healing frequencies guide you into a profound state of relaxation. While you recline and become immersed in the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, your brain naturally shifts into slower, meditative states know as theta brainwaves—reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting deep healing on a cellular level.
-
Research shows that sound meditation can help increase gray matter density in the brain, particularly in regions associated with memory, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. This supports cognitive function, reduces anxiety, and enhances overall well-being.
-
The rhythmic vibrations also influence your autonomic nervous system, naturally slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure, bringing the body into a state of balance and rest.
-
On a deeper level, sound waves have been shown to influence molecular structure, helping to reorganize and harmonize the body’s energetic field. The frequencies interact with water molecules in the body, creating intricate geometric patterns that promote healing and restore equilibrium.
-
In the same way that cymatics reveals the hidden geometry of sound through vibrational patterns, these frequencies help bring the body's cells and tissues into a more coherent, harmonic state.
-
Emerging research suggests that sound can even help harmonize our DNA structure, aligning it with the sacred geometric patterns found throughout nature and the universe.
-
This vibrational tuning supports the body's natural ability to repair, regenerate, and return to a state of energetic balance.

My Story.
Hello I'm Kristina, a woman once drawn to the crowd, now to the spaces where the soul speaks in whispers. My journey into wellness began in small, tender moments when I realized I didn’t have to keep pushing, proving, or striving. I could simply be, and that, was enough. I’ve walked through seasons of stillness and seasons of storm. There were times when I felt lost in my own skin, disconnected from my own form, and from the pulse of the earth beneath my feet. In those times, I found solace in the simplest things.
Each step of the way, I learned healing is not a destination, but a homecoming. It’s the quiet remembrance that I am already whole, even when I feel undone. It’s the way the sun feels on my face when I step outside in the morning, or the hush of twilight when the day sighs into night. I believe in the power of presence—of meeting each moment with curiosity and kindness. My own healing has been about learning to listen: to my body, to my dreams, and to the deeper truths that rise up when I give myself the gift of silence.
When I’m not on this journey of self-discovery, you’ll find me nestled in a cozy corner reading a book with a captivating storyline, wandering trails in nature with my bare feet on the earth, or breathing in the scent of fresh air sitting around a campfire with family and friends. I find healing in the wild, in the quiet, and in the small rituals of daily life. This is my path—imperfect, evolving, and alive. Thank you for witnessing a piece of it with me.
~With love, Kristina
