I teach people how to bake in a way that brings power, peace, and play back into the kitchen. Clients love baking with me because my classes are personal, relaxed, and designed to meet them exactly where they are, whether we are baking simple cookies together or adapting meaningful family recipes to fit their lifestyle. Baking with me is not about perfection. It is about learning what nourishes your body, taking time for yourself, and rediscovering the joy of creating something with your hands. My goal is for every client to walk away feeling confident, cared for, and empowered to choose what makes them feel their best.

My Story.
Baking has always been my escape. I find that it is one of the only things that has the power to quiet my mind completely. The outside world fades away and I am totally focused on whatever I am making. All my stress, anxiety, worry, you name it, fades. I feel reset when I bake, and it is a feeling I want others to have the change to experience as well.
My mum taught me to bake when I was very young and I have never stopped learning. I was taught to make, bake, and decorate cookies every year, I was taught how to make pie filling and roll out a crust, and eventually I took over teaching myself. Finding out I had to change my lifestyle and remove gluten from my diet 4 years ago threw me through a crazy loop. All I could think was "what am I going to eat for the rest of my life?" and "baking is ruined". Four years later and I have answers for the question and totally proved wrong my statement. I learned to adapt and baking became a whole new world of learning and trying new things. From adapting family recipes to be diet approved, to creating new ones, to learning that my love for food and baking doesn't end with a lifestyle change. I have been gluten-free and dairy-free for four years.
I have learned to reduce the sugar in my diet and bake with no refined sugar. Now you may be wondering, and yes, baking and cooking still tastes amazing even with lifestyle changes!

My Services.
I teach clients how to bake and how baking can bring power, peace, and play into everyday life. I believe:
-
Power comes from understanding exactly what you are putting into your body and having the confidence to choose foods that truly support how you feel.
-
Peace comes from the quiet, grounding nature of baking, a chance to slow down, be present, and step away from the noise of daily life.
-
Play comes from the joy of creating something with your hands, trying something new, and enjoying the simple pleasure of something delicious at the end.
I offer one-on-one and small-group baking experiences that are fully personalized to each client. Sometimes that means baking cookies together just for fun. Other times, it means adapting a meaningful family recipe to fit your lifestyle, whether that is gluten-free, dairy-free, or reduced sugar. These sessions are designed as an act of self-care, a reminder that you deserve time, space, and nourishment that feels good for both your body and your spirit.
